By accessing or using AutoPayables you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

AutoPayables provides accounts payable automation, including AI invoice capture, approval workflows, vendor management, payment tracking and reporting. The service is provided on a subscription basis with a free tier.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, upload unlawful content, or attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the platform.

5. Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your billing period.

6. AI-extracted data

AI extraction is provided to accelerate data entry. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying extracted data before approving or paying any bill. We are not liable for payments made on inaccurate data you did not verify.

7. Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoPayables shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
