It uses AI to capture invoice data from uploaded or emailed invoices, codes each invoice line to its own GL account, routes bills for approval against a threshold you set, manages vendors, and records the payments you make, so AP runs with far less manual keying. AutoPayables is built for accountants, bookkeepers, controllers, and AP managers who process a high volume of supplier invoices and want to cut manual data entry and keep a clean approval audit trail. Line level GL coding is the distinguishing capability: a single invoice can be split across departments, jobs, properties, or cost centers without retyping it. Scope, stated plainly: AutoPayables does not execute supplier payments (there is no payment rail, you record payments made elsewhere), does not perform automated two-way or three-way PO matching, and has no automated duplicate invoice detection.
